Give others access
The Access tab lists who may manage this community. You see it if you are a community admin.
Giving someone access
Section titled “Giving someone access”- On the Access tab, click Grant access.
- Enter the email address the person logs in with.
- Choose their role.
- Click Grant.
They can log in right away. Until they do, their status is Awaiting first login; at their first login, access is tied to their account, and their status becomes Account linked. From then on, it stays theirs even if they change the email address of their account.
The person needs an account at your Cofy host, with a verified email address.

Taking access away
Section titled “Taking access away”Click Revoke beside the person. From then on they can no longer see or change the community.
